We were met with a surprise in the henhouse this afternoon.....actually 10 surprises! Our Americana/RIR cross hen has been hiding under the row of nestboxes and came out today with these little cuties...
We've moved them to the kidding stall where they should be safe with mom away from the other chickens.
Bob started getting the big garden ready. It will take a few more days to get it ready to plant, but it won't be long!

Awww! I keep waiting for one of my hens to get broody, but they haven't yet.
