I've been saving quail eggs this week for incubating. The quail will stop laying in the next few weeks, and I'd like to have plenty to keep over winter. In just 3 1/2 days I was able to collect 57 eggs suitable for incubation, which began this morning.
I LOVE these birds. What a blessing they have been!
